RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

SOLID SURFACE PRODUCT'S TEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
NuCore Products, Inc. products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship from date of purchase for 10 years. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties and representations expressed or implied.
Minor imperfections or variations in color, color tint and shading between the finished product and the products samples may occur.
Different types of lighting may cast a different color than the original sample. This effect does not constitute defective product.
If the product is defective, NuCore Products, Inc. will repair product. If product can not be repaired, NuCore Products will exchange product. NuCore Products, Inc. will not be liable for any costs or charges involved in removing or re-installing product.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
- WHEN DAMAGE OCCURS DURING SHIPMENT, DELIVERY, STORAGE OR INSTALLATION OF PRODUCT
- WHEN DAMAGE OCCURS BY REPAIRS DONE BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN A REPRESENTATIVE OF NUCORE PRODUCTS, INC.
- WHEN DAMAGE OCCURS TO FINISHED PRODUCT SURFACE (CHIPPED AREAS, SCRATCHES, CRACKS) RESULTING FROM IMPROPER USE OR INSTALLATION
- WHEN DAMAGE OCCURS FROM EXCESSIVE TIGHTENING OF DRAIN OR FAUCET
WALK-IN TUB PRODUCT WARRANTY
NuCore Products Inc. warrants to the original purchaser only that its Bath Units are free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a Bath fails during this period because of defective workmanship the manufacturer, at its discretion, will either authorize repair or replacement of the unit or part if found to be defective. Before a repair is performed, authorization of repair must be approved by the NuCore Products, Inc. or a representative. The exchange of a unit is limited to supplying a replacement unit of comparable size and style and does not include any cost of removal or installation, nor is the manufacturer responsible for any damage caused by the defective bath. All units must be water tested before installation to validate warranty. All electrical whirlpool components, including but not limited to motors, blowers, and heaters are only covered under this warranty for labor, and are subject to the warranty offered by the individual manufacturer. Except as expressed herein, there shall be no other warranty or obligation, expressed or implied, oral or statutory. NuCore Products, Inc., its agents, or employees shall in no event be liable for injury to any person or for any claim for damage, however arising. All consequential expense including loss of use, damage, or contingent liabilities arising out of any alleged deficiencies of the bath are specifically excluded. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The warranty shall be invalid if the bath has been subjected to any alterations, misuse, and abuses, or if any repairs are attempted by anyone other than an authorized NuCore Products, Inc. service agent.
- Damage resulting from installation.
- Acrylic surface damage or discoloration resulting from improper maintenance or cleaners.
- Damage caused by failure to follow procedures defined in Owner’s Manual.
- Damage caused by improper or incorrect electrical or plumbing hook-up.
- Scratches and damage caused by normal use.
- GFCI nuisance tripping not covered by NuCore Products, Inc. warranty.
- Loud pump noise.
- Damage caused by pests, insects, rodents, etc., to plumbing, wiring, foam, or equipment.
