Twenty Five Year Limited Warranty

 

NuCore Products, Inc. products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship from date of installation for 25 years. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties and representations expressed or implied.

 

Minor variations in color, color tint, shading between the finished product and the samples may occur. Lighting in different rooms may cast a different color than the original sample.

 

If found defective prior to installation, NuCore Products, Inc. will repair product. If product can not repaired, NuCore Products will exchange product. NuCore Products, Inc. will not be liable for any labor or transportation charges involved in removing or reinstalling product.

 

Warranty Does Not Cover the Following:

1. When damage occurs during shipment, delivery, storage, or installation of product.

2. When damage occurs by repairs done by someone other than a representative of NuCore Products, Inc.

3. When damage occurs to finished product surface (chipped areas, scratches, cracks) resulting from improper use or installation.

4. When damage occurs from excessive tightening of drain or faucet.
